What if we call and no one answers?

  • When this happens there’s a 99% chance that your pilot and aircraft are already in the air. Leave a detailed message and follow up with a TEXT. It is sometimes possible to respond easier in flight to a text. We will get back to you ASAP.

Are you available 24/7?

  • Yes and No
  • Technically the phone is always on, but we are limited by FAA flight time and duty rules, so in reality we’re available about 14 hours per day. This is something that can be remedied by utilizing a Public-Use aircraft.

What other reasons would we not be able to fly?

  • Weather – Always a concern, but we are rarely ever stopped from flying unless we’re in the middle of a thunderstorm or a blizzard with zero visibility. We can fly down to one-half mile visibility in the day and one mile at night.
  • Maintenance – Helicopters require a lot of upkeep to make sure they’re flying safely. They can be unavailable for flight for several days, depending on what type of service is being performed.
