What is my company required to do?
- Provide a 24-hour Contact Number
- Provide pricing to be guaranteed valid for one calendar year (Jan 1 through Dec 31)
- Waive all standby time and minimum billing criteria and charge only for actual flight time used on-mission (including ferry)
- Provide a copy of any and all operating certificates
- Add NNAS, all Public Agencies and Corporate Members as ‘additional insured’ on your policy. (ACORD Form) This should be free service of your insurance broker.
- Be willing to accept the missions for which you have selected on your application
